All sales are considered final. Due to the nature of our business and fulfillment through third-party suppliers, we do not accept returns or offer refunds for change of mind, incorrect purchases, or dissatisfaction with the product.
However, if your item arrives damaged, defective, or significantly different from what was described, you may be eligible for a replacement or refund. To qualify, you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery and provide clear photo or video evidence of the issue.
We do not accept returns for items that have been used, worn, or altered in any way. Customers are responsible for ensuring all order details, including shipping information, are correct before completing their purchase.
In some cases, refunds or replacements are issued at our discretion without requiring the return of the product, depending on the supplier’s policy. Shipping fees are non-refundable.
